Cookies Documentation

1. What are cookies and for what purposes they are collected?

Cookies are small text strings that the sites visited by the user send to their terminal (usually the browser), where they are stored before being re-transmitted to the same sites at the next visit by the same user. While browsing a site, the user can also receive cookies on his terminal that are sent from different websites or web servers (so-called "third-parties"). Cookies are used for different purposes: execution of computer authentication, session monitoring, storage of information on specific configurations regarding users who access the server, etc. and it is precisely on the basis of the purposes pursued by those who use them that they are also distinguished for regulatory purposes.

2. To consent or deny consent to the use of cookies

Through a special control panel on this site (Cookie Settings) you can change your preferences regarding the consent to the use of cookies. This consent is not due for technical and analytics cookies as they are necessary for browsing the site. For the profiling cookies, you have the option to consent to these or not. They will be SET OFF by default and if you wish to consent, you need to proactively do that by enabling them in the cookie settings modal.

Your consent applies to the following domains: www.dt4regions.eu and dt4regions.eu.

You can change your consent in the Cookie Settings.

3. Technical Cookies

These cookies are necessary to allow navigation on this website and to use the features and services you requested.

The use of these cookies allows us, for example, to increase the security of the services, or to remember the preferences, for example the language, of the web pages visited.

Your preferences on the use of cookies are also stored in a functional cookie.

Consent is not required for this type of cookies.

4. Analytics Cookies

The DT4REGIONS Platform uses first-party analytics cookies, similar to technical cookies because they are used directly and only by the site manager to collect information, in aggregate form, on the number of users and how they visit the web site. These data do not allow users to be identified because their IP addresses are automatically "anonymized" before being processed by the web access statistical analysis software.

Consent is not required for this type of cookies.

5. Third-party Cookies

The DT4REGIONS Platform does not use profiling cookies. However, "third-party" services can be used on this site, managed directly by third-parties and for which DT4REGIONS does not carry out any processing. For example, third-party cookies can be transmitted when viewing videos residing on a YouTube channel or when filling out a form containing the Google reCAPTCHA (for example the contact form).

The Google reCAPTCHA are services allowing the identification of human interactions provided by Google, Inc. Google Privacy Policy.

The cookies collected while watching You Tube videos are provided by Google, Inc. Google Privacy Policy.
